Welcome to the Inaugural Iowa Arbor Expo

Join arborists, urban foresters, municipal professionals, utility vegetation managers, tree care companies, educators, students, and industry partners from across Iowa and the Midwest for the Inaugural Iowa Arbor Expo, taking place September 22–23, 2026, at the Prairie Meadows Conference Center in Altoona, Iowa.

Designed to connect and strengthen Iowa's tree care community, the Iowa Arbor Expo features two days of expert-led education, networking, and an interactive Expo Hall showcasing the latest equipment, products, services, and innovations in arboriculture.

We're excited to welcome an outstanding lineup of industry experts, including Mark Chisholm, Jay Goughnour, Chelsea Harbach, Tivon Feeley, Chris Lee, Dallas Stephens, Scott Carlson, Chase Anderson, Stephen Carlson, and Kristian Schulz, with additional speakers to be announced.

Whether you're an experienced arborist, municipal forester, utility professional, consultant, educator, or student, you'll leave with practical knowledge, valuable professional connections, and ideas you can immediately apply in the field.

Registration Information

Early Bird Registration is available through August 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Registration rates will increase beginning August 16 and remain available until the conference begins or capacity is reached.

Full conference schedule and additional speaker announcements will be released throughout the summer.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation requests received by August 15, 2026, are eligible for a refund less a $25 administrative fee. Requests must be submitted via email to iaarborassoc@gmail.com. No refunds will be issued after August 15, 2026.
