Description

All Exhibitor Registration Includes:

  • Complimentary parking.
  • Exhibit rates include event registration and electrical and internet access in the exhibit area.
  • An excellent exhibit space that is ideal for interaction with conference attendees.
  • Plenty of space for large equipment demonstrations just outside of the exhibit hall.
  • An extremely reasonable $125.00 per night room rate at the DoubleTree by Hilton.

And, of course, all of the usual things you have come to expect from an MW-ISA Show:

  • All breaks served inside the exhibit hall.
  • An two hour-long reception with exhibitors held in the exhibit hall on Wednesday evening.
  • A two hour-long social with exhibitors held in the exhibit hall on Thursday evening.
  • Attendees directed to the trade show for all breaks and other functions.
  • The Silent Auction held inside the exhibit hall in conjunction with the trade show.
  • Extended break times to make it easy to talk with your clients.
