2023 Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration - Tulsa, OK

Description

All Exhibitor Registration Includes:

- Exhibit rates include event registration, electricity and internet access in the exhibit area.
- An excellent exhibit space that is ideal for interaction with conference attendees.
- Plenty of space for large equipment demonstrations just outside of the exhibit hall.
- An extremely reasonable $109.00 per night room rate at the Tulsa Hyatt Regency-Downtown.

And, of course, all of the usual things you have come to expect from a MW-ISA Show:

- All breaks served inside the exhibit hall.
- A two hour-long social with exhibitors held in the exhibit hall on Thursday evening.
- Attendees directed to the trade show for all breaks and other functions.
- The Silent Auction held inside the exhibit hall in conjunction with the trade show.
- Extended break times to make it easy to talk with your clients.

*Cancellation policy: A refund minus a $25 administrative fee will be given for all written requests postmarked by January 12, 2023. You will need to email your request to staff@mwisa.org to cancel your registration. No refunds will be processed after January 11, 2023.
